In our calendar, May is the Marian Month and it was particularly significant to the founder of our school, Mrs. Mary Allen de Acosta who had a special devotion to the Virgin Mary. This is the time of the year to reflect on our spiritual lives and to be thankful for what we have; it is also an opportunity to share with those less fortunate. This year, we continue our campaign ‘ We can work miracles together,’ to raise funds for the ‘Pequeños Héroes Totus Tuus’ foundation.

The head of this foundation is Marla Núñez, a former pupil of the School. Its purpose is to provide shelter, care and comprehensive assistance to children in need, who have cancer and/or other chronic illnesses. The foundation further seeks to improve their welfare and quality of life as well as to restore their basic rights.
